Padrock has let a further two units at its £75m, 225,340ft² Grade A Hertford Logistics Hub, both on 10-year leases.
Recycling technology manufacturer Pellenc ST has taken 8,290ft² and will run a demonstration, testing and training facility for its technology from the unit.
In addition, workplace technology provider Vision Group has occupied a 9,890ft² unit. The business will use the space to support the growth of its managed print, content management and workplace IT services.
Hertford Logistics Hub has been developed on an 11-acre brownfield site within the town and comprises 16 urban multi-let industrial (MLI) and logistics leasehold units.
As is standard for Padrock developments, it has achieved best-in-class sustainability credentials, including ‘BREEAM’ Outstanding and EPC ‘A+’ ratings, plus alignment with EU Taxonomy objectives.
The scheme is close to the A414 and one mile from the A10 ensuring direct access to the A1(M), M11 and M25.
Jamie Young, investment and development manager at London-based Padrock, said: “Pellenc ST and Vision are both growing businesses that needed high-specification, sustainable accommodation in order to expand.
“Hertford Logistics Hub provides both companies with that requirement, in a location which has fast access to excellent transport links to the wider region and beyond.
“Demand for the remaining space remains high. We are in advanced discussions with a number of other prospective tenants for Hertford Logistics Hub which we will announce in due course.”
