Industrial real estate company Link Logistics has acquired four logistics properties totalling 697,276ft² across Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Atlanta.
The Gateway Infill Growth Portfolio comprises three properties in DFW and a 249,000ft² facility in Atlanta.
The DFW properties include a 294,795ft² facility in Irving, Texas, a 100,868ft² property in Grand Prairie and a 52,613ft² building in Farmers Branch.
Link Logistics said the acquisition expands its presence in established infill logistics locations with access to labour and major transport networks.
Andrew Goodman, senior managing director, investments at Link Logistics, said: “This portfolio reflects our continued conviction in Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta and adds well-located distribution assets in markets where we have achieved meaningful scale.”
The last-mile property specialist already operates more than 34 million ft² of industrial space in DFW and more than 38 million ft² in Atlanta.
JLL represented the seller in the transaction. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
