Manager and developer of European Logistics real estate, Logicor, has completed a 40,000ft² multi-let industrial (MLI) development at Logicor Park Altrincham.
Logicor also announced that the scheme has secured its first occupier – GAP, a PVC-U building product manufacturer and distributor – at the development located in Greater Manchester.
Logicor Park Altrincham is also located close to Junction 3A of the M56, providing direct access to Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
The scheme is a redevelopment of existing units to form three new warehouses: Unit 1 (21,311ft²), Unit 2 (15,542ft²) and Unit 3 (3,332ft²).
Each unit has been built to a high specification, achieving an EPC ‘A’ rating and BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
Solar PV installations have been fitted across all units, alongside LED lighting, rooflights to maximise natural light, EV charging points and secure cycle spaces.
Occupiers will be able to enjoy access to landscaped amenity space, including grassland and picnic benches.
Logicor senior asset manager, Bill Martyn-Smith, said “As an operator, we aim to deliver the right units in the right locations.
“Logicor Park Altrincham was the ideal site to redevelop existing MLI units that support the region’s thriving SME sector.
“Across the country, our teams are building, leasing and managing the full spectrum of logistics assets, from major Big Box facilities to modern MLI developments.”
