Logicor has agreed a lease at Derby 507, its newly completed 508,003ft² logistics facility at Infinity Park Derby.
The deal follows Logicor’s recent leasing of Logicor Park Daventry, its 800,000ft² flagship UK development, to supermarket chain Farmfoods on a 25-year lease, announced in April 2026.
As at December 2025, Logicor’s portfolio of properties spans over 17 million square metres of warehouse space in key transportation hubs.
The most recent Derby 507 deal is part of Logicor’s drive to grow in key markets, like the East Midlands, that continue to experience strong demand from occupiers, specifically those in supply chain and distribution.
Logicor director of UK asset management, Tom Blakely, said: “The leasing of Derby 507 is testament to occupier demand for large, specialist distribution centres, located in key logistics hotspots.
“We are delighted to continue supporting our customers by providing modern, highly- sustainable warehouses.”
