Logicor has had outline planning permission granted for a 360,000ft2 of warehouse scheme at its Liberty Park Widnes on Newstead Road, Widnes in the North West.
The 18-acre site can accommodate purpose-built high-specification industrial and distribution units up to 360,000ft2 and lies adjacent to a new 108,091ft2 warehouse which is available for immediate occupation. Logicor have appointed Stoford as Development Managers at Liberty Park Widnes.
“Liberty Park Widnes has the potential to bring jobs and inward investment to an area that continues to rapidly develop,” said Dan Gallagher, Joint Managing Director, Stoford. “This is the only fully serviced site of its size in the south Liverpool area, which benefits from excellent transport links and a willing workforce on the doorstep to fulfil any employment requirements.”
DTRE and Avison Young are joint letting agents on both the existing building and the new warehouse.
