Mileway has signed a new long-term lease agreement with Aktiebolaget G&P (Greens & Partners) at Ättehögen Östra 3 in Helsingborg for approximately 8,000m² (c. 86,111ft²) of logistics space.
Greens & Partners, who will take occupancy on 1 September 2026, is a newly established company specialising in the import and sale of fruit and vegetables.
The new premises will provide the company with a well-connected base in Helsingborg, offering facilities designed to support the handling and storage requirements of the fresh produce sector.
Located in Ättekulla, approximately seven kilometres south of central Helsingborg, the property benefits from excellent connectivity to the E4 and E6 motorways.
Ättekulla is an established industrial and logistics area, home to a range of warehousing, logistics and light industrial businesses.
The premises offer extensive loading capabilities and existing cold storage infrastructure, supporting efficient logistics and distribution flows.
As part of its move to the property, Greens & Partners will invest in the refurbishment of the existing refrigeration equipment.
