An ‘online giant’ has snapped up a 35,200 sq ft warehouse Network Spaces’s Element warehouse scheme at Alchemy Business Park in Knowsley.
The e-commerce firm has taken a 10-year lease on the unit which it intends to use to fulfil demand form local consumers.
In June 2019 Network Space completed three B2/B8 units of 22,900 sq ft, 35,200 sq ft and 45,450 sq ft, each with a dedicated yard and eaves height ranging from 8m – 10m.
Additional land is also available for further phases including design and build opportunities for units up to 100,000 sq ft.
Element is being delivered in partnership with Knowsley Council and Liverpool City Region. The scheme is located directly off the A580 within minutes of the M57.
