PLP has secured reserved matters planning consent for the development of a Grade A 700,000ft² logistics campus known as PLP Nottingham.
Ashfield District Council have granted reserved matters planning consent for the three-unit industrial and logistics facility which will be delivered speculatively and is targeted for completion in Q4 2027.
The scheme will deliver three units, unit 1 totalling 459,000ft², unit 2 totalling 69,000ft² and unit 3 totalling 172,000ft².
PLP Nottingham has been thoughtfully designed to provide flexible, high-quality space for a diverse range of
industrial and logistics occupiers.
The development will provide up to 8 MVA of power and will offer a unique opportunity for occupiers seeking best-in-class logistics and industrial space in the heart of the Midlands.
