Stoford Developments has bought a 10-acre site at Measham on junction 11 of the M42 motorway from Leicestershire County Council where it intends to build a 140,000 sq ft warehouse.

Leather goods supplier GH Stafford has paid £2.5 million for a 45,000 sq ft warehouse at St Modwen’s Walsall Enterprise Park near Birmingham.
