Raphael Capital has completed the sale of a 29,585ft² warehouse at Meridian Business Park in Leicester, close to Junction 21 of the M1.
Unit F, Tiber Way is fully let to defence electronics company UAV Tactical Systems (UTACS).
The property occupies a 1.36-acre site with a site cover of approximately 42%, providing yard and parking space alongside the warehouse. The property includes a 25,102ft² warehouse, 1,354ft² of ground-floor ancillary space and 3,129ft² of first-floor offices.
UTACS occupies the building on a full repairing and insuring lease running until October 2034, with a tenant-only break option in October 2030.
Raphael Capital said: “We’re pleased to complete this transaction as we continue to focus on our value-add strategy. This marks our fifth transaction of the year, and we have further deals to announce in the coming weeks.”
The sale price and purchaser were not disclosed.
