The shortlist for the 2026 Supply Chain Excellence Awards has been revealed, with this year’s programme becoming the largest in the awards’ 30-year history.
More than 250 organisations have been shortlisted across 30 categories – a record for the awards, reflecting continued growth and the increasing importance of supply chain excellence across the European economy.
Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards recognise the organisations, partnerships, teams and projects setting new standards in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, transport, procurement, automation, digital transformation, sustainability and operational performance.
John Thornton, editor-in-chief of Logistics Manager, said: “The 30th anniversary of the Supply Chain Excellence Awards is an important milestone, and the scale of this year’s shortlist demonstrates how far both the programme and the industry have developed.
“With more than 250 organisations represented across 30 categories, this is the largest shortlist in the awards’ history. It reflects the extraordinary range of innovation, collaboration and operational improvement taking place throughout supply chains in the UK and beyond.”
This year’s finalists represent retailers, manufacturers, logistics providers, technology companies, healthcare organisations, public sector bodies and specialist supply chain partners spanning a wide range of sectors.
The shortlisted entries showcase projects addressing many of today’s most pressing supply chain priorities, including warehouse automation, artificial intelligence, digital visibility, transport optimisation, sustainability, resilience and operational excellence.
