US-based transportation and logistics provider, TA Dedicated, a TFI International company, has acquired Minnesota-based Triangle Warehouse.
The deal adds approximately 900,000ft² of warehousing space, alongside distribution and cold storage capabilities, giving TA Dedicated customers access to supply chain solutions beyond transportation.
Eric Anson, president of TA Dedicated, said the move brings together two closely aligned operations: “By integrating Triangle Warehouse’s capabilities into our network, we are expanding the range of supply chain solutions available to customers while maintaining a strong local service focus.”
Triangle Warehouse, headquartered in Minneapolis, has supported regional manufacturers, food producers and distributors since 1958.
Formed in 2022 through the merger of Transport America and UPS Dedicated, TA Dedicated has since expanded its portfolio through acquisitions, including Bulldog Highway Express and LST Logistics.
With the addition of Triangle Warehouse, the company is strengthening its position as a multi-service logistics provider, combining dedicated transport, engineering expertise and warehousing under a single platform.
This aligns with its strategy to diversify its service offering and respond to growing demand for integrated logistics solutions as supply chains become increasingly complex.
