A new 23,000ft ² speculative warehouse is nearing completion at Teesside Estate in Thornaby, North East England.
Delivered by Tri Construction on behalf of UK Land Estates, the Grade A mixed-use warehouse has been designed for manufacturing and distribution occupiers, with construction expected to complete in May 2026.
“Over the past few years, we have invested tens of millions of pounds into Teesside Estate and the development of this latest facility will hopefully help cement its position as one of the region’s core business parks,” said Brandon Bailey, director at UK Land Estates.
The development forms part of a wider investment programme by UK Land Estates, which has committed to upgrading and expanding its North East industrial proeprty portfolio.
Teesside Estate is located close tothe A66, providing access to the TeesPort and Durham Tees Valley Airport. The site has attracted a range of occupiers in recent years, including Lookers, Starbucks and crane specialist Mammoet.
The development is being marketed by Knight Frank and Connect Property North East.
