Urban Logistics Exhibition will deliver practical insights, proven solutions and valuable industry expertise to help businesses tackle real-world challenges in city logistics, urban fleet management and last-mile delivery.
Urban Logistics Exhibition has launched its conference agenda, setting out a two-day programme dedicated to the operational, commercial and infrastructure challenges shaping the movement of goods through cities.
Taking place on 9–10 June 2027 at ExCeL London, the exhibition will bring together logistics operators, retailers, fleet managers, technology providers, property specialists and public-sector stakeholders to explore how urban supply chains can become more efficient, resilient and sustainable.
Urban Logistics consists of three theatres brimming with content addressing the increasingly complex demands of city logistics, from rising delivery expectations and congestion to fleet electrification, restricted kerbside access, emissions regulation and the availability of suitable logistics space.
Each will focus on the decisions, technologies and operating models shaping the next generation of urban delivery and fulfilment.
The Retail & Customer Delivery Theatre will examine how retailers, brands and logistics providers can improve the customer delivery experience while balancing cost, service performance and operational complexity.
Topics will include store-to-door fulfilment, failed delivery reduction, returns, parcel lockers, out-of-home collection, marketplace fulfilment and peak planning.
Sessions will explore how businesses can respond to changing customer expectations while improving the efficiency and reliability of their delivery networks.
The Urban Fleet & Infrastructure Theatre will focus on the practical decisions facing operators as they transition towards cleaner, more efficient urban transport.
Sessions will address fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging, total cost of ownership, vehicle selection, route optimisation, cargo bikes, telematics, safety and regulatory compliance.
The Public Sector, Property & City Logistics Theatre will explore how cities can create the conditions for reliable, commercially viable and sustainable goods movement.
Its programme will cover city logistics policy, local authority procurement, urban consolidation, logistics property and planning, freight partnerships, public-private initiatives, construction logistics and healthcare deliveries.
Beyond the conference programme, Urban Logistics will provide a platform for visitors to discover the technologies, services and infrastructure supporting the movement of goods through cities. The exhibition will bring together providers across fleet and transport, logistics technology, carriers and couriers, reverse logistics, charging, urban consolidation, property, parcel lockers and pick-up and drop-off networks.
Its audience will include logistics and supply chain directors, transport and fleet managers, last-mile delivery leaders, operations directors, retailers, e-commerce businesses, public-sector organisations and procurement teams responsible for urban logistics services.
The show will also feature a Supply Chain Excellence Awards Showcase, highlighting relevant award-winning and finalist projects alongside case studies demonstrating innovation and measurable operational impact.
The agenda builds on the growing importance of urban logistics as businesses and cities respond to rising delivery demand, changing customer expectations, environmental targets and increasing pressure on urban infrastructure.
By bringing together the people responsible for delivering, managing and planning city supply chains, Urban Logistics aims to provide a forum for sharing practical solutions and exploring the future of urban freight.
Urban Logistics takes place on 9–10 June 2027 at ExCeL London as part of European Logistics Month, bringing together major logistics and supply chain events in London and Düsseldorf.
