Two new units at Suffolk Park

The two units comprising of 147,241 sq ft and 206,491 sq ft respectively, on a 19-acre plot at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds are available for immediate occupation.

The units were constructed by Readie Construction on a £13 million contract to meet the BREEAM excellent standard.

The development has a 12.5 m clear height, 50m deep service yards, level access and dock loading together, alongside ancillary offices.

The units are the first to be constructed on the 114-acre and the park that has planning consent for 2m sq ft.

Treatt is to develop a new 200,000 sq ft global headquarters complex and Sealey is to take a 7.5-acre site for expansion.

“This is the next chapter in a story that will see the Council and its partners deliver new jobs for the future prosperity of the people we serve in West Suffolk,” said councillor John Griffiths, leader of St Edmundsbury Borough Council.
