Utopia Brands has signed a new 10-year lease for Indurent 129 at Dove Valley Park.
The agreement with Indurent will see Utopia Brands take 129,139ft² at the recently refurbished facility in Foston, Derbyshire.
Utopia Brands first occupied space within the Indurent portfolio in 2020 when it leased Unit 1 at Coningsby Business Park, Peterborough, comprising approximately 18,000ft².
Just four months later, the company expanded into Units 2 and 3, adding a further 19,000ft² to support growing customer demand.
Utopia Brands continued this trajectory in December 2024, when it relocated to a 54,000ft² unit at D54, Indurent Park Derby.
The latest move provides the business with more than seven times its original footprint, delivering high-quality warehouse and distribution space from which to support its next phase of expansion.
The facility is location within a strategically positioned Midlands logistics hub.
Indurent acquired Dove Valley Park in September 2025 and has undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment programme to bring the building up to a high specification, with works due to be completed in the coming weeks.
George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent, said: “One of the key advantages of our national portfolio is that we’re able to support customers as their requirements evolve.
“We’ve worked with Utopia Brands since 2020, helping the business move into larger premises as it has grown. This latest letting is a great example of how we can provide the space and flexibility our customers need.”
