Commercial property developer Rula Developments has secured full B2 / B8 planning consent to deliver a 225,000ft² logistics building at its 30-acre Winsford Gateway site in Cheshire.
WG225 occupies a 14-acre serviced development plot at Winsford Gateway, just five miles from M6 Junction 19 with 3.5 MVA power already secured.
Access works to the site have commenced alongside the construction of WG27, a 27,728ft² freehold pre-sale for the new headquarters for floor finishing and interior design business, Saint Group.
Winsford Gateway is located at the north entrance to the wider 380-acre Winsford Industrial Estate which is home to around 150 businesses employing more than 4,000 people.
