The judges nominate candidates for the 3PL of the Year based on who impressed during the presentations. Clipper, CEVA, DHL and XPO were all strong contenders but ultimately, it was XPO’s work in the e-commerce sector that particularly impressed.

Ted Baker partnered with XPO and embarked on a transformation programme that enabled it to rationalise and simplify its existing supply chain network in the UK. Consolidating all its previous estates and operations into one centralised facility which would operate as a true omni-channel national distribution centre.

And XPO has worked with H&M helping the retailer relocate its online fulfilment from Sweden to the UK. H&M has worked with XPO to introduce new systems, ways of working and launch new services and later cut-offs, enhancing its service promise.

The 3PL of the Year Award goes to XPO Logistics.
