Yunex Traffic has agreed a new lease of up to 20 years for a 160,000ft² facility at Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth Airport.
The site will serve as Yunex’s UK headquarters as it relocated from an existing site in Poole.
The facility at Aviation Business Park comprises a 120,000ft² warehouse with mezzanine floors and a further 39,000ft² of office space. The unit has a 9.16m minimum eaves height, seven level access loading doors, a large secure yard and parking for more than 300 vehicles.
The warehouse will support both office-based functions and distribution activities, providing capacity for around 500 employees.
Wilke Reints, managing director of Yunex Traffic UK, said: “We’re thrilled to have been able to secure a new site for our headquarters in the south. This is an important move for our business as our company continues to grow and strengthens our position as leaders in the intelligent traffic and mobility industry.”
Colliers advised Yunex Traffic on the transaction, with CBRE acting for the landlord, Eastleigh Borough Council.
