Diageo has awarded a materials handling contract to Leicester based CI Logistics.
The contract forms part of the drinks business’s new £10million facility at Cambus in Clackmannanshire.
CI specialises in materials handling and storage systems, and has already begun work on the project.
Gary Bale, managing director of CI Logistics said: “We are developing a state of the art, turnkey solution for Diageo which will integrate robotics with an automated handling system.”
