KN Drinks Logistics is set to take a 235,000 sq ft warehouse at ProLogis Park Midpoint in the West Midlands.
The 3PL will take the facility on a short term lease from Biffa which leased the property in 2010 but never moved in after finding the building surplus to requirements.
Letting agent is BNP Paribas.
