One of the largest industrial sites in East Anglia has come onto the market. Waveney Point at Lowestoft comprises 628,000 sq ft of industrial buildings, as well as quay headings, across a 36 acre site on the town’s Waveney Drive.
DTZ has been appointed as joint agent alongside local agents, Arnolds to market the site, which has become available following the departure from Lowestoft of Jeld Wen, a successor to Boulton & Paul Joinery.
“This site offers an excellent opportunity to acquire reasonably priced industrial warehousing, both covered and open storage, in Lowestoft,” said Helen Longstaffe, director at DTZ in Nottingham.
