Advanced Supply Chain has been accredited as an overseas group agent by Sinotrans, the Chinese transport and logistics giant.
The two organisations started working together a year ago to offer end-to-end logistics for the movement of goods to and from Asia.
Mike Danby, chief executive of Advanced Supply Chain, said: “This accreditation is testament to the successful relationship we have developed with Sinotrans over the past year, and also supports our aim to offer customers an international end-to-end service.”
Government-owned Sinotrans employs 20,937staff and has over 100 distribution centres across China, with road, rail and river connections covering most of inland China.
