The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK has signed a five year agreement for delivery of its qualifications in China – the third time its qualifications have been licensed to Beijing’s CCTA Logistics Training Centre.
CILT chief executive Steve Agg and Professor Wang Derong of the CCTA Logistics Training Centre signed the agreement during the 9th Annual China International Logistics Week in Wuhan last month.
The CILT’s Level 2 and 3 Certificates in Logistics and Transport; Level 5 Diploma in Logistics and Transport and Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport will be delivered in Mandarin Chinese.
Agg said: We are delighted that we can contribute to China’s growth with this third successive five year agreement. It follows on the heels of the successful creation of CILT(UK) in Poland, ensuring that CILT’s logistics expertise is shared with growing economies across the globe.’
