Onward Holdings is seeking planning permission to develop a 16 acre former landfill site on the edge of Scunthorpe for logistics operations.
The site off Warren Road has been compacted; ready to finish in a variety of hard permeable self-draining surfaces suitable for a cross-section of storage and logistics applications.
This site has direct access to the A1077 which provides a gateway to Immingham. Once agreement has been reached with planners, Onward Holdings envisages making units available in just 12 weeks, depending on the final configuration required.
