John Allan, former CFO of Deutsche Post DHL, has become a non-executive director of Royal Mail Group.
Allan is currently chairman of Dixons Retail, Care UK and WorldPay. As chief executive of Exel plc he built the business into the world’s largest third party logistics provider, becoming a director of Deutsche Post after it bought Exel in 2005.
