3PL Hi-Speed Services has leased a 100,000 sq ft plus warehouse in Swift Valley, Rugby, Warwickshire.
The TPN member took Aberdeen Standard Investments’ Cosford Point warehouse on a ten year lease at an undisclosed rent.
The warehouse has 11 dock and three level access doors with 12m eaves. It has ground and first floor offices and 164 car parking spaces.
Property consultants CBRE and Avison Young advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the letting.
