Four Soft has reached an agreement to acquire Denmark-based Transaxiom Holding
A/S, which provides transport and logistics systems. The deal values Transaxiom at
about £5m. Four Soft said the merger would augment its domain and technology
competence and expand its presence in Scandinavia, Australia and Hong Kong.
