Business mail delivery company DX Network Services has taken a sub-lease on Alcatel Lucent Telecom’s surplus 38,607 sq ft warehouse in Livingstone.
DX Network Services has signed-up for the remainder of the lease term which expires in October 2015. The annual rental is £202,125 a year equating to
£5.25 per sq ft. King Sturge advised Alcatel, whilst Nigel Robinson of The Property Department acted for DX Network Services Limited.
