Bibby Distribution chosen Briggs to supply Yale three-wheel electric forklift trucks, low level order pickers and ride-on platform pallet trucks. This comes after Bibby’s decision to expand its fleet in both Wakefield and Corby.

Briggs has also supplied five Aisle-Master very narrow aisle articulated trucks and a Hako ride-on scrubber/drier for each of the sites. The Corby site has also gained a Genie scissor lift.

As well as this, Bibby has received 16 machines for its site at G Park, near Wakefield. A separate, new contract has seen Briggs supply 20 additional machines to support the Max Park depot in Corby.

“Over the past five years our two organisations have developed a genuine understanding and this is now paying dividends in the way our partnership is evolving,” said Adam Purshall, head of fleet & procurement, Bibby Distribution. “Briggs is the only supplier that can offer us the kind of service and overall support that fits in with the way we run our business.”
