Planning permission for a 100,075 sq ft speculative warehouse located near Birmingham has been given. The development, ‘Birmingham 100’, will be carried out by Barwood Capital and First Industrial.
The new building will be located on a 5.72 acre site on Walsall Road, which is just north of the city centre.
JLL, CBRE and Burbage Realty are the retained property consultancies for Birmingham 100.
