European alternatives asset manager BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts (BNPP AM Alts) has acquired logistics centre in Mühlacker, near Stuttgart, Germany, from Lang & Cie.
The newly developed logistics centre reportedly has a lettable area of over 18,000m² (c.1,930,000ft²).
This transaction follows BNPP AM Alts’ acquisition of a 63,000m² (c.678,100ft²) logistics centre in Möckmühl near Heilbronn, reflecting its continued interest in the German logistics market.
Completed in August 2025, the newly developed property from Lang & Cie. comprises high-quality warehouse and office space on a site of over 30,000m² (c.322,000ft²) and is fully let to a single tenant.
Located in the greater Stuttgart area, the logistics centre benefits from regional and national transport links, which ensure optimal logistical connectivity for the tenant.
In line with BNPP AM Alts’ commitment to acquire, develop, and manage sustainable real estate assets with high ESG standards, the scheme is DGNB Gold certified and features both a heat pump system and a photovoltaic system on the roof.
BNPP AM Alts head of European transactions, Philippe Grasser, said: “We are delighted to further expand our portfolio of high-quality, future-oriented logistics properties in one of Europe’s most dynamic economic regions.
“This logistics centre in Mühlacker represents exactly the type of quality properties we are looking for in our portfolio.
“With its strategic location in the heart of the German automotive industry, a long-term lease with a first-class tenant, and impressive sustainability features, this property fully fits into our European logistics strategy.”
