Industrial developer Chancerygate has acquired planning permission to develop a 63,000 sq ft trade park development in Livingston, Scotland.
The scheme is to provide nine units ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 66,900 sq ft and will be available on a leasehold basis. Local occupiers include Screwfix, Tile Giant, Toolstation and Hire Station.
The site is within the Houstoun Industrial Estate and is adjacent to J3 of the M8 motorway. Chanceygate aim to be on site by this summer.
“We have been encouraged by the early interest shown in the scheme which has enabled us to move forward and achieve planning permission and we are now working towards developing out on a speculative basis,” said Chancerygate development director Mike Walker.
