Clipper Logistics has moved from its site at East Kilbride to Tannochside Business Park, where it has taken on a 31,000 sq ft warehouse.
The logistics company has signed a ten-year lease on the facility – with a rental of £5.25 psf.
JLL is the agent for the rental agreement.
