St Modwen has submitted two detailed planning applications for the next phase of its 64-acre Burton Gateway Business Park in Staffordshire.
The two new units will be 108,000 sq ft and 220,000sq ft. An 87,394 sq ft unit is currently being built speculatively at the site. Known as BG87 the unit has 12.5m eaves, a 50 m yard depth, eight dock and two level access doors as well as 12 HGV and 117 car parking spaces.
Burton Gateway has outline planning permission for up to one million sq ft of industrial space.
