GLP has secured planning approval for two warehouses at its 550-acre Magna Park scheme in Lutterworth.
The warehouses will be built on land at Zone A/B on Magna Park South. MPS10 will total 136,933ft², including ancillary office space, servicing, parking and landscaping while MPS11 will total 119,252ft².
Situated within the Midlands’ Golden Triangle of logistics and home to 36 different customers, Magna Park Lutterworth occupies over 11 million ft² of sustainable floor space across 41 buildings. GLP secured two additional plots to extend the park on the northern and southern sides (Magna Park North and South), which when fully developed will have the potential to deliver 15.8 million ft² of warehouse space.
