DX Group plans for a new hub at Essington north of Wolverhampton have been turned down by South Staffordshire Council.
There had been opposition to the proposal from local residents.
IN a statement, DX said: “The Board of DX will now consider its options, including an appeal against the decision, in consultation with its planning and property advisers. A further announcement will be made in due course.”
