Peel Logistics, a joint venture between Peel Land & Property Group and Macquarie Capital, has started the speculative development of a 175,000 sq ft industrial and logistics facility at Liverpool International Business Park.
The proposed development will feature 166,000 sq ft of warehousing and 9,000 sq ft of offices. It will have 12.5m eaves, 18 dock and 2 level access doors as well as 50 trailer and 188 car parking spaces. L175 is scheduled for completion in August 2016.
Liverpool International Business Park is located near Jaguar Land Rover’s Halewood plant and next to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Joint letting agents are JLL, Bilfinger GVA and Gerald Eve.
