Industrial developer Panattoni has completed a 117,000 sq ft speculative warehouse facility in Basildon.
Basildon 117 has a 12.5-metre clear internal height, two-level access doors and ten dock levellers. It also features 50kN/sq m floor loading and just over 10,000 sq ft of office accommodation.
The warehouse offers parking for 92 cars, 23 HGV’s and has yard depth of 35m. It is also built to BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and has an EPC rating of ‘A’.
