Tungsten Properties has submitted plans for a warehouse on one of the last available sites at Bermuda Business Park near Nuneaton in the West Midlands.
The facility will be built on a 2.24 acre brownfield plot on Walsingham Drive formerly used as open storage. It will total 36,730ft² – 34,000ft² warehouse space with first floor offices totalling 2,730ft².
It will boast BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rating and will have 10m eaves (to haunch), a 37.5kn/m² floor loading as well as three loading doors and a 31.5m yard depth. It has 300kvA of power availability. The scheme is expected to provide up to 95 jobs on completion.
