Lane Group sale and leaseback

Lane Group, advised by Atisreal, has sold its distribution warehouse at Garanor Way, Royal Portbury Docks, Bristol to Westbury Property Fund for £3.95 million. It has leased back the 38,405 sq ft (3,568 sq m) property on a 20-year lease at a rent of £307,
