Industrial warehouse unit Radial 27 is back on the market after extensive investment and refurbishment.

The 75,000 sq ft unit, previously occupied by Palmer & Harvey, is located at Barnes Wallis Road in Segensworth. The site is just over a mile from Junction 9 M27 via Witherbed Lane and sits strategically between Portsmouth and Southampton.

The unit houses two storeys of office accommodation situated at the front of the building and parking on the east and west entrances totalling 3.97 acres. To the north is a separate car park of 0.97 acres.

The extensive refurbishment and improvements will make “this a highly attractive proposition to occupiers seeking modern warehousing and distribution facilities in a location served by excellent transport links,” said LSH’s South Coast offices industrial and logistics director Adrian Whitfield. The quoting rent is £8.50 per sq ft.
