Retail giant Tesco has awarded iForce a new contract for returns recovery processing, continuing a 14-year relationship.
Tesco uses iForce’s Revive and Marketzone products to “recover margin on non-food and clothing items”.
“iForce and Tesco have a strong working partnership that has developed over the last decade with a focus on strong supplier relationships and fast returns processing to create customer satisfaction and the best possible onward routes of sale. We are delighted to continue this working relationship with iForce,” said Ian Towell, senior manager, multi-channel, GM operations and returns at Tesco Group.
Brian Gaunt, chief executive officer at iForce, said: “We are the recovery management provider of choice, handling over £200 million of returned stock each year and recovering over 60 per cent of the value of these items back for our clients, and on average our customers get £15 back for every £1 spent with iForce on returns and recovery management. Our relationship with Tesco is rich in its heritage, innovative and hugely successful. We will continue to deliver excellent value for money to them over the coming years.”
