St Modwen has completed two units at St Modwen Park Access 18, the £260 million industrial and logistics scheme in Avonmouth.
It is targeting medium sized logistics and industrial businesses for the sites, one of 44,642 sq ft and one of 25,169 sq ft.
Development director Peter Davies said: “The scheme’s proximity to Junction 18 on the M5 makes it very attractive, but occupiers are also impressed by the variety of sized units we’re able to offer, the specification and flexibility of the space with a high quality environment which is accessible from residential areas for staff recruitment and retention. These two new units add to the scheme’s offering – providing excellent premises for medium-sized industrial and logistics businesses.”
There is more than 1m sq ft of at the site accommodating 16 businesses, including Hermes, Nisbets, and Movianto.
