Tyre wholesaler Oak Tyres has taken Point 23 at Haydock Industrial Estate in the North West.
The 81,921 ft2 refurbished facility has been taken on a 10-year lease and will provide additional capacity for the company which has existing headquarters nearby.
B8 Real Estate and CBRE acted as letting agents for the deal on behalf of landlord Arrow Capital.
Jon Thorne from the agency team at B8 Real Estate said: “Despite the current economic climate, the industrial property market remains buoyant, with good quality units continuing to command strong rents due to continued healthy occupier demand and the lack of available stock.”
