XPO Logistics is to take a new long-term lease on a 645,000 sq ft warehouse at Bonehill Road, Tamworth.
The site is the logistics company’s biggest UK letting to date.
Part of the site will be redeveloped, with eaves height being raised, and a further 50,000 sq ft of Grade A warehouse space being added to the site. Works on this are due to finish by January of next year.
