DSV customer service role

DSV has appointed Kelly Dennis to head its customer service team which is based in Purfleet.

stannah 540x360She will report to Michael Heard, customer service general manager, who said: “I am confident her considerable experience and expertise will add value for our customers across the UK and Europe. Kelly will also be very involved with our Customer Service Training Academy – a programme developed in May which is delivering excellent results and continuous development of staff.”
