Kuehne + Nagel has secured ProLogis’ Crossflow 540 warehouse at its ProLogis Park Wellingborough scheme at WEAST on a 10 year lease at a rent of around £4.50 per sq ft.
The cross-dock facility boasts 15 metres clear height and extensive loading along both principal warehouse elevations. Kuehne + Nagel will service a contract that it secured from Whitbread in April this year from the new distribution facility.
